The semi final is still on
Date
Friday, January 22, 2010
After a very good turn out and entertaining 5 a side workout on Wednesday at King Alfred's school, we now look forward to our semi final at home against Alcombe Rovers. The Pawlett Pavilion staff have looked at the pitch and said that the game will still go head unless we have some heavy rain over night. The kickoff is 2pm, so we need to meet at our Pawlett ground at 1pm at the latest. There is a Double stitch this week bring a mince pie or you get a £2 fine and win the game or the whole team will get a another £2 fine. Can you let the Manager know by 7 pm tonight, which is Friday 22th January, not any later so he can pick the side. A request from the Manage is to make sure all players available have clear heads and remain focused on the task ahead of us, which is to win the game and reach the final. We are hoping to have Jason McPheat to add to the squad, which will boost the midfield and give the manager other options.
