Top class Manager and keeper. I respect him loads for everythink he has done for the club over the years.
Rolly is a great manager and expects alot from his players, a 100% every time, he knows when to make subs and knows if somethings leaking from the team, if they come in at half time losing 2 or 3-0 he will tell the lads where there going wrong and to enjoy it, also he is a player too, he plays in goal and i think is brilliant, he knows his stuff.
